1. What services do you offer?

We specialize in creating high-quality virtual 3D digital twins/tours. Professional real estate photography, & drone photography needs for Residential & Commercial properties. We also Provide detailed floor plans at an unbeatable price. We also help Contractors & Builders with 3D scanning for estimate remodels, 4 point inspections & more!

2. Do you charge Hosting & Maintenance fees?

At Snap House Production, you can choose between hosting & maintenance or owning the rights to your 3D model. Hosting includes free annual rescans to keep your space up-to-date, along with hyperlink updates, contact information changes, and the integration of 3D aerial views and custom tags to enhance user experience and bookings.

3. Who owns the rights to the 3D Model?

Full ownership requires a space transfer. We can transfer the completed space to your Free Matterport account for a $99 fee.

(you will be required to create your personal account for this.)

Please Note: In order to share or embed your 3D model from your account, you will be required to upgrade your subscription to the "Starter" for $11.99/ Month. UNLOCKS ALL access:

-View Stats (Impressions, visitors, & unique visitors)

Since we are the original creators and administrators of your Matterport Space, we own and host the 3D model for you. But if you prefer full ownership, & want full editor access. The $99 transfer fee applies; the setup cost covers the 3D scan creation, not the ownership transfer.

-An Agreement of Rights & Ownership will be provided between Snap House Production and the business owner.

4. How does getting a 3D Tour for Google Street-view Boost SEO?

5. Do you upload the 3D Tour to Streetview? Or is that Something we Handle?

We Publish the connected 3D tour straight to your Google Streetview Profile. Our software allows us to publish 3D Panoramas that are interconnected for seamless interactive exploring. Once published it will be found under "Streetview" alongside the photos section of your profile. Anyone who finds your business on Google Maps will instantly have access to the 3D panoramas linked to the profile and they can explore directly from Google maps as well. We can add you as Google Collaborator which will give you the ability to view impressions/views on you Streetview Tour Directly from your google account.

6. Do you re-scan 3D models or Streetview 3D?

Yes, if you are subscriber to our 3D Hosting service, you get Free rescans every year for a fresh update! We update your Hyperlinks/Website link tags, Contact info & Re-upload the new version entirely to Google Streetview as well.

Whether it is the entire facility or a section to add in, we will update that within the 3D model & Google Streetview. & Republish Once the new scans are connected and completed.

7. How do I book a virtual tour or photography session?

You can book our services directly by visiting our Book Online page, and choose to pay online or in person. Just select all the desired services or packages, add them to cart & checkout. Make sure to select "Pay in person" Or "Pay Online." You can also book by filling out the Contact form on our website, emailing us at virtualtours@snaphouseproduction.com, or calling us at 952-994-1651. We'll schedule a convenient time for the session and discuss any specific requirements or answer any other questions and concerns you have.

8. What areas do you cover?

We primarily serve All around Twin Cities Minnesota, but we are open to traveling to nearby areas. Please contact us for information on service areas and potential travel fees. Visit Locations we serviced!

9. How long does a virtual tour or photography session take?

The duration of a session depends on the size and complexity of the property. On average, a standard session takes between 1 to 3 hours. For larger properties or additional services, such as drone footage, the time may vary.

10. When will I receive the final images and virtual tour?

Typically, you can expect to receive the final edited images and virtual tour within 24-48 business hours after the session. But for larger Properties up to 72 hours We strive to deliver high-quality results as quickly as possible. Google 3D Tours uploaded to Maps & Streetview sometimes takes longer than 48 hours after publishing depending on how many scan points & connections.

11. What equipment do you use for virtual tours and photography?

We use professional equipment to make your listings stand out.

Mirrorless Camera, wide angle lenses- different from DSLR cameras, which reflect images into viewfinders via mirrors. Instead, mirrorless cameras often use electronic viewfinders (EVF) to display images digitally. Allowing for seamless videos if you need them as well along side your beautiful Photos.
Matterport Lidar & Laser 360-degree cameras creates seamless immersive dollhouses that make exploring very real and interconnected.
Professional editing software to ensure the highest quality for your virtual tours and photos. Our equipment and techniques are constantly updated to keep up with industry standards.

12. How should I prepare my property for the session?

To ensure the best results, please tidy up and stage the property before our visit. This includes decluttering, cleaning, and arranging furniture. If you need assistance with staging, let us know and we can provide recommendations. Download our Checklist!

13. Do you offer editing services?

Yes, all our photography and virtual tour packages include professional editing. We enhance colors, correct lighting, and ensure that every detail is perfect to make your property stand out.

14. Can I use the photos and virtual tour for marketing?

Absolutely! The images, Videos and 3D virtual tour we provide can be used for marketing purposes, including listings pages, social media, Business website and more! Businesses can use printed materials, like QR codes on the front door to showcase the business virtually when the doors are locked. Snap House Production does not frown upon using tactics to turn leads more efficiently.

15. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within same day of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

16. How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies based on the size of the property, the services required, and any additional requests. For a detailed quote, please contact us with information about your property and the services you need.

17. Do you offer packages or discounts?

Yes, we offer various packages to suit different needs and budgets. Additionally, we provide discounts for multiple properties or repeat clients. Contact us to learn more about our packages and current promotions.

19. What is included in your video packages?

Our video packages vary by service level, but all include an agent intro, property walkthrough, and professional editing. Higher-tier packages include enhanced features such as drone footage, cinematic transitions, and personalized branding options. Please refer to our service breakdown for detailed package descriptions.

20. How long will it take to receive my video?

Delivery time depends on the package selected:

Basic Package: 3–5 business days
Standard Package: 5–7 business days
Premium Package: 7–10 business days
Revisions can take additional time, depending on complexity.

21. Do I need to provide a script for the video?

For the Basic Package, no script is required, but we can include a simple intro if you prefer. For the Standard and Premium Packages, we offer optional script writing to ensure your message aligns with your brand. Custom scripts are also available as an add-on.

22. What if I need revisions to the video?

Each package includes a set number of revisions:

Basic: 1 revision
Standard: 2 revisions
Premium: 3 revisions + final adjustments
Additional revisions can be requested for a fee.

23. Can I use the video on my social media?

Absolutely! All videos are created with social media in mind and can be easily shared across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and your website to increase your visibility and brand recognition.

24. Will you help me with marketing the video?

While we don’t offer marketing services directly, we can provide guidance on how to best use the video for social media, email campaigns, and your website to maximize your branding potential.

25. Do you charge for travel?

Travel fees may apply for locations outside our base area. The fee is typically between $50–$200 depending on the distance from our location. We’ll confirm any travel fees upfront before booking.

26. Can I add drone footage to my video?

Yes! Drone footage is available as part of the Standard and Premium Packages or as an add-on to the Basic Package. We can capture stunning aerial views of your property to enhance the overall video.

27. What types of properties do you work with?

We work with all types of residential properties, from single-family homes to luxury estates. Our videos are tailored to fit the property’s style and your branding needs.
